It's New Years Eve 2009, about 10:30 PM Central Time.
I worked at the computer store today and Seth and I stayed late talking religion, specifically predestination vs. free will. This is an interesting discussion. Invited Seth to our house for some of the holiday goodies my wife prepared.
I'm working harder than a one-armed paper hanger this holiday break. I have two weeks off from school (as a student) but I had to ask for an extension to my homework deadline as that particular week of school was also my last week of school as a professor.
Yes, I'm an Adjunct Professor of Mathematics and I had to write and give finals to over 100 students and I didn't have time to do my own homework. Thankfully my professors granted some professional courtesy when I asked for extra time. As a student, school starts again Jan 4, 2010 and I need to be caught up before then. As a teacher, school starts again on Jan 14.
